  3. Ingredients:

  5. 1-1/2 Lbs. lean ground sirloin 
  6. 1/4-1/2 Medium size sweet onion 
  7. 1/4-1/2 Medium size green pepper 
  8. 2-3 Medium size celery stalks 
  9. 1-10 oz. can of tomato soup 
  10. 1/4 cup tomato ketchup 
  11. 1/4 cup yellow mustard 
  12. 1/2-1 cup light brown sugar 
  13. Salt and pepper to taste 
  14. Directions:

Cook sirloin separate, to well done-crumbled and drain off all liquid Add brown sugar and melt into cooked-drained sirloin Dice onion, pepper, celery; mix and cook separate from sirloin; drain off any liquid Add cooked-drained veggies to sirloin, on simmer Add tomato soup, ketchup, mustard Add salt and pepper to taste Mix well and low heat simmer until served
